Exploration and Mining of Fluorite
Fluorite formerly known as fluorspar is a natural mineral often found with an aggregation of various colours. Also referred to as "genius stone", fluorite comprises of more the one colour in a single stone. The colors range from purple, green, yellow, orange, brown and sometimes even colorless. The name comes from Latin word fluere, which basically means smooth flow as the mineral can melt easily even at low temperature. Fluorite minerals are widely used in various industrial applications according to different grades of purity.
Fluorite Mining Company
Rachana Global is a leading fluorite mining company offering quality fluorite minerals globally. The company has gained technical expertise in fluorite mining and exploration and supplying fluorite around the world. We have acquired license for fluorite mining in selected favourable areas. Through thorough research and use of advanced technologies, our company has discovered fluorite mines in Mozambique, fluorite mineral mines in Macossa. Our well experienced team of professional fluorite technologists, geotechnical engineers and mining engineers is continuously involved in discovering new regions around the globe for fluorite mining exploration.
Fluorite Mining Procedure
Fluorite occurs most commonly as a glassy mineral because of its low refraction index and colorless feature. It is highly used in manufacturing steel, aluminium, aluminium floride and many such aluminium products. Fluorite mining procedure is used on a wide scale in companies including China, South Africa, France, Russia and many such countries for fluorite mineral mining. Industrial applications of fluorite include manufacturing of cooking utensils, ornaments, glasses, high octane fuels and many such applications.
Fluorite Mines
Over the years many fluorite mines have been discovered in various regions around the world. Mining companies are carrying fluorite production on a large scale owing to these fluorite mines. Geographical regions in Mozambique are characterized by huge fluorite mineral mines in and around the region. A selected area of Mozambique in southeaster Africa has been identified and explored in detail by Rachana Global.
Rachana Global Excavation Ltd, a natural resource mining company was established long ago in 1996. The company is currently lead by Mr. Manoj Sompura whose strong self belief and passion for success has made Rachana Global to achieve unbelievable heights. His journey was full of difficulties, but his managerial skills and devotion towards his work always helped him to come back from every setback. The company is involved in offering fluorite mining services around the globe since several years. Our state of the art plant at Patan in India is well equipped with all latest technological equipments and testing laboratories.

How are galena, fluorite, and celestite minerals formed?
Choose from crystalliztion of magma, precipitaion, pressure and temperature, or hydrothermal solutions.
Thanksss
Galena (Lead sulphide) precipitates out of hydrothermal solutions relatively easily since the Pb2+ ion is not easily able to stay in solution & with reducing temperature & pressure, combines with sulphur in a reduced state forming lead sulphide. The Pb2+ probably originally enters into solution as a result of high temperature aqueous fluids passing through deeply buried sedimentary & metamorphic rocks, these fluids then rise through heat from deep seated igneous bodies.
Fluorite (Calcium fluoride) is normally found among limestones, often in association with galena. Ca2+ ions are exceptionally abundant in waters close to limestone because limestone is so soluble. The Ca2+ combines with fluoride ions that are frequently found in small quatities in deep seated spring waters. The Ca2+ ions will have a preference to combine with F- ions since fluoride will offer a stronger, more stable chemical bond than bicarbonate can offer.
Fluorite also occurs in granitic pegmatites (the last remains of the crystallisation of granitic magma) where small amounts of residual Ca2+ combine with F- ions, the latter frequently occuring in final granitic fluids.
Celestite (Strontium sulphate), also forms as a late stage alteration product within limestones & evaporate deposits. As with some of the Pb2+ which may be found in limestones, Sr2+ may have been thrown out of the crystal lattice of the aragonite as it changed to the more stable calcite. The Sr2+ then enters low temperature hydrothermal solutions at that time & combines with oxidised sulphur in the form of sulphate ions [SO4]2- forming celestite.

Freshwater Aquarium Substrate Defined
What Exactly Is Freshwater Aquarium Substrate?
Substrate is the stuff, usually gravel or sand, which is put on the bottom of aquariums. Although you can go with a bare bottom, it is not very attractive. Using substrate provides a reference point for your aquatic friends and reduces glaring reflections from the glass, which is known to cause irritation in a lot of aquatic animals.
There is a major difference in the substrates used in a freshwater aquarium and those that can be placed in saltwater aquariums. The chemical properties of the waters are poles apart and the use of saltwater corals in freshwater setups will raise the pH to harmful levels for most all freshwater fish species.
It is always best to use aquarium approved items that are sold as sterilized, neutral material from neighborhood or internet aquatic stores. You could gather your own from natural sources however that choice should be reserved for those with suitable knowledge on the subject of organic materials and their impact on water composition.
You absolutely should not use sea sand collected from the beach – it contains living organisms and contaminates that will pollute your tank. Should you choose to collect your own material, be sure to conduct thorough water tests on it for a couple weeks before "springing" it on your fish!
What Are the Advantages of Using Freshwater Aquarium Substrate?
The the biggest and most overlooked reason for including substrate is for its biological filtration properties. Using coarse gravel or sand for your bottom material provides immense volumes of growth surface for the beneficial bacteria colonies to expand. The size is important not only for the surface area but also for the aeration value. If the bottom material becomes compacted, as tiny substrates are known to do, oxygen free zones will be created promoting the growth of anaerobic bacteria, the ones that create that rotten egg smell. This can prove to be lethal for your aquarium pets!
As everyone learns at some point, nothing is ever perfect. The pH requirements for many freshwater fish are very narrow and the pH range of your available water resource may not fit inside that range. Certain compounds can be added to your fish tank that can increase or decrease the pH and water hardness levels, enabling you to use your tap water and still keep good stability in your aquatic eco system.
What Do Most Aquarium Owners Use?
Gravel is the most common. The boxes of brightly colored gravels on the shelf are usually epoxy covered quartz, but there is an ever rising selection of natural products from global locations that are inert, sterilized and safe to put in your freshwater aquarium.
Sand is another favored choice. If you do not source aquarium approved sand, make sure it is either play sand, which has been sterilized or sandblast media. As discussed above, do not use ocean sand!
Aragonite, dolomite and crushed corals are alternate materials that can be used to increase your water hardness and pH levels. Exercise caution, these can have a significant impact; there are others, such as marble which have a gentler result.
Peat is an excellent choice for lowering (softening) your water hardness and pH and is a great choice for planted tanks.
Speaking of plants, using the special substrates offered for aquatic plants is not essential however it certainly improves their growth potential. These materials posses a high cation exchange rate, simply meaning they have special properties which improves their capacity to collect and store nutrients for use by the plants roots.
Vermiculite and laterite are two such materials that are put on the bottom of aquariums with a second layer of gravel or sand put on top. Other products on the market, like Fluorite (by Seachem) or Floracor Red (by Activ-Flora) can be used as a single layer.
There are lots of factors to account for when starting a freshwater aquarium and all are equally important, however the substrate you choose will define the theme for your entire tank, so be sure to put some serious thought forth before making your choice.
